Based in Poole, UP Telecoms is committed to providing honest and transparent telecommunication solutions for business customers in the UK.As part of our exciting growth, we have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team looking after our customers. This is a varied and exciting role in which the right person would be administering our customers, processing finance applications and helping with monthly billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls and dealing with day to day enquiries
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new customers
  • Assisting with Invoicing and Direct Debit Administration at month ends
  • Working with the installs, sales and Support teams to resolve any customer questions
  • Assisting with finance applications and processing paperwork

Requirements

  • Experience in an office environment
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, Word and Email)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and be a team player
  • A positive attitude and be committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • A professional telephone manner and good communicator

What to expect

  • A competitive £20,000 basic salary
